#MotivationMonday: Repeat after me: I do not workout because I hate my body, but because I love my body. . . ------------- What you do for a workout totally depends on YOU! As a former student-athlete, I love team workouts and competition, so Crossfit is right up my alley! However, if you like to workout more on your own then running, a home workout, or going to a small gym is more for you! There are so many options now to find a workout you love! . . -- If you are unsure what you would enjoy, I would encourage you do some research, ask around, see what your community offers, or what your friends are doing. When you find one that you love, working out becomes way more FUN! . . Tip: Look on GROUPON.com.
