I'm happy to hear that you are interested in being a part of Spring Clean & Get Lean!

This is a 38-day Challenge that is going to focus on the 5 pillars of health! Nutrition, Supplementation, Exercise, Sleep & Stress. REAL change occurs when you incorporate all 5 of these areas.

Your health and fitness should be a comprehensive approach, and so we will be following a comprehensive system. You don't have to be perfect, but you have to be committed. Committed to the process and committed to yourself! 

Here's what's included: 

  • Accountability & Community! You are not meant to do things alone. I am going to be your friend who will be reminding you to meal prep, to get your 20 minute workout in, to get to bed at a decent hour, etc.

  • (2) 30-minute coaching calls with me  so you have the support you need and personalized action steps and accountability on how to move your healthy lifestyle forward each week (Value $197). 

  • Unlimited support from coaches and other members through our private Facebook group.

  • Pre-recorded and LIVE workouts. As a bonus, you will be added to our Mission fit Mamas virtual boot camp for free, where you will be able to "plug & play" 21 minute at home workouts. 4x per week. If you prefer going to the gym, or going to a local fitness class, that's great too. But this will give you some flexibility when it comes to exercise. (Value $97) 

  • Lifestyle guide. You will have a plan when it comes to your nutrition. We'll take the guesswork out of the equation for you. Giving you snack ideas, a grocery guide, recipes, and a day to day/step by step of how to eat your proteins, fats, & carbs. (Value $297) 

  • Supplements. These are meant to fill in the nutritional gaps and help you with your energy, digestion and your bodies ability to burn fat for fuel. Supplements make losing that extra 15 pounds a little easier...trust me!!! It like pouring gasoline on a fire.

Cost? 

Remember, your health is an investment, not an expense! Are you investing your health? Chiropractor appts., physical therapy, organic fruits & veggies, supplements, fitness classes, gym memberships, etc.. these are all INVESTMENTS to your personal health. 

For this particular group, instead of paying for monthly coaching from me, or personal training or nutritionist (which can get quite pricey), we are just asking you pay for your supplements, that's it! 

We are going to be following the Advocare 10 Day Cleanse program followed by the 28 Day Slim & Trim.

I've been partnered with Advocare and have been using these products for over 5 years! They are the best of the best and I have personally coached many people whose lives have forever been changed because of this very program. Costs can vary slightly depending on the individual and personal goals.
