7 Unexpected Ways To Reach Your Goals (Part 1)

One of the things I constantly come across as a healthy lifestyle coach is talking to women who feel discouraged and confused on why they haven't seen results. They have tried everything, jumped from diet to diet, worked out for hours on end, and still wished they were further along. 

None of us set out to accomplish a goal only to be burned out and frustrated in the process, which is why I focus on teaching women strategies to ditch the diets, guilt and confusion and replace with lifestyle habits (and proven systems) that are sustainable to live a healthy, happy and confident life! 

Do you get overwhelmed with all of the healthy things you feel like you “should” be doing only to end up doing nothing?

#1) Get into a community that EXPECTS and WANTS you to succeed. 

How many of you know community is KEY in almost ALL areas of our life? Reaching our health and wellness goal is no exception! We all need to have a friend, or community, who knows our goals, knows our dreams and says, ”No more excuses! You can do it! There is more inside of you!”

Find the community who is constantly asking you how are you doing? Find the friend that doesn't sabotage your goals and brings you a plate of veggies vs. a cupcake because they want you to WIN! A win for you is a win for them!

Find your tribe. Find your community. Find your cheerleader and accountability!

#2) Write out a reliable plan.

“If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” We have all heard this saying before, right? It's so popular, because it is TRUE!

Whether you want to lose weight, have more energy, or simply feel better, you need to not just have a plan, but a reliable and proven system that works for you. There is power when you write things down. There is more accountability and action!

I want to encourage you to write a plan for your day the night before- write down everything from showering to your workout. You might be surprised how much more time you have throughout the day.
